My introduction to meditation began in an unlikely place — during karate Summer Camp in a quiet pine forest. Those early years taught me how to perfect my sport through meditation. I started to realize how my mind could teach my body to remember.
Years later, as I navigated my recovery from alcohol addiction, meditation became my lifeline. Through breath and sound, I discovered a powerful way to regulate my body, quiet my mind, and rebuild my relationship with myself. This experience revealed the profound connection between breath, awareness, and healing.
As I deepened my practice through breathwork at men’s circles, wellness retreats, and community events, I experienced firsthand how conscious breathing can unlock emotional release, clarity, and even moments of spiritual connection. These experiences affirmed what I now know to be true — that the breath is one of the most accessible and transformative tools we have for healing and self-discovery.
Today, I share this work with others through guided breathwork and meditation sessions designed to create safe, intentional spaces for inner exploration. My mission is to help people release what holds them back, reconnect with their own resilience, and remember the peace and strength that already exist within them.
