Trevor led me through a breathwork session and I could feel right away how much this work means to him. His passion comes from his own healing journey and the clarity he has gained through doing his own inner work. You can tell he believes in it because it has supported him in such meaningful ways.

He began the session by sharing his story with real vulnerability and openness, which helped me feel grounded and connected. His instruction was clear and thoughtful. He explained the breath sequences in great detail and made sure I understood what we were doing and why. Trevor is a keen new learner and you can feel how much he wants to help others through this practice.

The music he chose was in perfect alignment with my experience, and I can see how the right music would create a unique journey for each individual. He held space with so much care, presence, and kind affection, and throughout the process he stayed tuned into how I was feeling. His guidance felt confident and gentle at the same time.

I can see him doing incredibly well with this work, whether it is one on one or in group sessions. He is a natural guide with a genuine heart, and I am truly grateful for the experience. I wish him all the best as he continues to grow in this practice.
